Beyond my transportation and interaction design career, my journey has been rich and varied. My past as a professional tennis player has taught me discipline and the power of a focused mind, while my foray into Finance, working within hedge funds and private banking, has endowed me with analytical insights and a deep understanding of diverse customer needs. These experiences have woven together to shape my approach to design—one that is deeply empathetic and intuitively aligned with the human element at the heart of every interaction.
